Michele Cunneen's career in Lab Animal Medicine started with a part time job in college which led to the realization that a scientist who understood  the animal models, animals, and the researchers needs could have an impact on the quality of science and the advancement of animal welfare. Michele has spent her 26 year career building animal facilities and animal care programs from the ground up at major academic and biotech companies. In 2003 Michele decided to take her knowledge and help start ups have all the advantages of an entire animal care group without the overhead.
Today, Michele along with a small group of industry experts provide these resources to companies of all sizes.
