Selected Facility Design projects

• Start up biotech, design review of animal facility, assist with construction, finishes and fixtures. Utilizing warehouse space and hard construction.

• Private College  Participated in campus committee to select architects. Continued on to function on programming and design committee as the project moved towards construction documents. After construction started in May 2008 continued particpation in  construction meetings, sourcing cage washers and walkthroughs. Building completion scheduled for June 2009.

• State College, . Interdisciplinary psycho-bio facility. Areas completed: basis of design, interview researchers to incorporate their needs into the facility, provide concept sketch, preliminary budget and possible funding sources. Ongoing: Continued consulting on funding sources and grants, data for applications, when project funding is secured; participate in selection of architects and constructors and design development.

•  Biotech Start Up . Assist in location selection for first animal facility. Design and planning on 1700 sq ft vivarium

• Start up CRO provide construction specifications and facility design review for a CRO building a facility in China.

•  Assist current small biotech client with location selection, design and move into larger space to accommodate growing business. Retrofit existing lab to accommodate cage washer, animal holding and procedure room

•  CRO in India. Providing regulatory and functional consulting on construction of  CRO in India by USA based VC
